General Conditions for Returns (UAE & International)
Shopping with us should be worry-free! That's why we've made returns easy. For our UAE customers, returning items is simple and free for any reason within 7 to 14 days of delivery, provided you follow the guidelines in our Returns and Exchanges section. For our international customers, return shipping costs will apply.
Items for return or exchange must be received within 7-14 days of order delivery, subject to these conditions:

Items must be unaltered, unused, and in sellable or original conditionÂ

Items must be in original packaging with all labels and instructions.

Returns must include the original order confirmation.

Sale items are non-returnable, except for defects.

Refund Process
Approved, undamaged items will be refunded as a voucher, excluding original delivery and cash handling fees, where applicable. Refunds are processed upon successful inspection and approval of the returned items.
Refunds are issued through the following methods:

Cash on Delivery payments will be refunded as a voucher which will be sent to your registered email.

The refund amount will be issued as a voucher after the returned item(s) have been approved. You can use this voucher for future purchases on GOY without any time limit. This voucher will be sent to your registered email. Therefore, you will not see a refund reflected on your bank statement, as the voucher amount will not be transferred to your debit or credit card bank.

Tabby payments will be refunded in accordance with Tabby’s terms and conditions.
Item Return Policies
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please initiate a return using the aforementioned Return Procedure. To qualify for a full refund, including original delivery, cash handling fees, taxes, and duties, the item must be returned in its original condition within 7-14 days of receipt. Exchanges
Items can be exchanged by arranging collection from your delivery address and the following conditions apply

Exchanges are limited to size variations of the same product.

Exchange orders are processed post-approval of the returned item.

Exchange requests can be canceled at any time. PayPal-processed orders are ineligible for exchanges.

Exchanges are limited to eligible items of equal value, originating from the same warehouse, and must be returnable.

Orders placed using coupon codes will not be eligible for exchange.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Customers are liable for items until received by GlamOnYou Resort Wear.

Additional charges, such as taxes and VAT, are non-refundable.
