Shipping Policy

GOY’S current delivery options and pricing is set out in the table below.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding items on backorder). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Please note that all Orders payable by cash on delivery within UAE addresses have a 25 AED delivery fee payable on delivery. 

Summary of your purchase, scheduled date of delivery, and the tracking number of your shipment will be provided to you in a confirmation email once we have dispatched your order.

Delivery should take 3-7 days, unforeseen circumstances, notwithstanding.

International orders may incur import duties and taxes from local customs agencies. These agencies may also delay orders. We have no control over these agencies or the fees and taxes they charge. Deliveries within the UAE will not be subject to customs charges.

If you have purchased multiple items that are likely to be shipped at different intervals in time, then you will be notified when shipping each product.

We ship worldwide except for a handful of high-risk countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, and Yemen.
