Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping method: Products are shipped from the UAE warehouse. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day.

Delivery time:

• UAE: Next-day delivery
• GCC: 1–3 UAE working days
• International: 1–7 UAE working days

Shipping cost:

• UAE & GCC: Free for all orders
• International: Free for orders above 1,500 AED
• Cash on delivery (UAE only): Additional 25 AED fee

Tracking: A confirmation email with delivery date and tracking number is sent once the order is dispatched.

Return and refund policy

• Return window: Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

• Conditions: Items must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging with labels, and include the order confirmation. Sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Return process: Contact customer service via call (+9714 394 0053) or WhatsApp (+971 50 658 5584) to arrange collection from your delivery address.

• Refund method: Refunds are issued as store credit vouchers (no expiry), sent via email. Cash on delivery payments and approved returns are refunded as vouchers. Tabby refunds follow Tabby’s terms.

• Exchanges: Only allowed for size changes of the same item. Processed after return approval. Not valid for PayPal orders or purchases made with coupon codes.

• International returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Taxes and VAT are non-refundable.
