For local orders within the UAE, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We also offer international shipping worldwide. International deliveries generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping fees apply to orders under AED 1,000 (USD 272) and will be calculated at checkout.
At Glam On You, all purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing selection, or style preference. Refunds are issued only where required under applicable UAE law, including confirmed manufacturing defects.
We are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned unused, unworn, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.
